Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cortalyst, operated by Shore10, a sole proprietorship ("Shore10," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Cortalyst, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Cortalyst provides AI-assisted market signals (BUY / SELL / NEUTRAL calls with a confidence score), a free "house" dashboard, and, for paid subscribers, a personal watchlist, industry picks, upcoming earnings, and IPO tracking.

Cortalyst is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Signals are generated by an automated process that combines news, technical indicators, and other market data, and may be wrong, incomplete, or delayed. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for any investment or trading decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see on Cortalyst. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and Billing

The paid plan is billed at $9.99/month through our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account; cancellation stops future renewals, but you keep paid access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We may change subscription pricing going forward; if we do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Cortalyst for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by scraping it at excessive volume or attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer or resell access to the service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cortalyst is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that signals will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any specific financial outcome will result from using it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shore10 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of Cortalyst. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Cortalyst and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case we'll try to give you reasonable notice where practical.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of Cortalyst after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Cortalyst will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
